By ordering from us, you agree to our Terms and Conditions. Please keep in mind that by placing an order, you are reserving one of our designers time. We schedule our orders based on our design teams availability.
Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so within 24hours of payment confirmation and you will be eligible for a full refund.
Orders cancelled 1 - 3 days after payment confirmation are eligible for a 50% refund of the product purchase price.
To meet the cancellation deadline, you must send your communication of cancellation either within 24hours or before the 3 day deadline. In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by emailing us at sales@designerlittle.com.
We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
Use of Artwork
By submitting your child’s drawing, you grant us permission to share the artwork and final product on our website, social media, or marketing materials to showcase our work. However, the custom design remains one-of-a-kind and will never be reproduced or sold to anyone else. It’s made exclusively for your child, a creation as unique as they are.
Return & Exchange
All custom orders follow a strict no return and no exchange policy.
Damaged or Faulty Goods
If there is an issue with the product due to defects in the material itself or craftsmanship, please contact support@designerlittle.com so we may replace it for you.
Shipping
We offer flat rate shipping of 20USD per toy no matter where you are! Please note, any customs or import fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
Track Your Order
We use trackable services that allow you to track your order. Once your order has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking code and shipping service provider.
