How long until I receive my order?
Each order takes around 4 to 5 weeks starting from order payment confirmation. So much love and effort goes into each and every one of our custom orders. Some orders may take more time than others, but we always try our best to deliver as fast as we can!

What is the toy made of?
We work with a team of incredibly talented crochet artisans who hand-make all our custom toys. The crochet toys are made of acrylic and/or 100% cotton yarn. To ensure the toys are safe for children of all ages, we abstain from using materials like plastic eyes and metal wire for structure.
How can I benefit from the 3D character files?
The 3D character file is a creative stepping stone that brings your child's drawing to life. By choosing just the 3D character, you enjoy a lower cost and receive a high-resolution image that can be printed, framed, or used on other products. It's a fantastic way to preview the magic before committing to a full toy. Plus, getting the 3D character often inspires customers to proceed with ordering the custom toy, allowing you to spread the cost over time.
How refined should my child’s drawing be?
It doesn’t matter how refined the drawing or artistically skilled your child is! We accept drawings from children aged 0+ (adults too!). We will always send you the 3D character design before sending it to production to make sure you, our customer, are satisfied with the form and colours.
Returns
Can I return or exchange my custom order?
Each custom order is thoughtfully made just for you, with time and care from our designers and artisans, which is why we’re unable to offer returns or exchanges.
My Item Arrived Damaged. What Should I Do?
We apologize for any inconvenience caused. If your item arrived damaged, please contact our customer support team immediately at support@designerlittle.com. To expedite the process, please provide photos of the damaged item and the packaging. Rest assured, we will do our best to resolve the issue and ensure your satisfaction with our products and services. Your feedback is invaluable in helping us improve our processes and maintain the highest standards of quality.
How does the cancellation policy work?
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of payment confirmation for a full refund. For cancellations made 1-3 days after payment, you are eligible for a 50% refund of the purchase price. To meet the cancellation deadline, please send your request within the specified time by emailing orders@designerlittle.com.
Shipping
How much are the shipping fees?
We offer a flat rate of $20 USD per toy with express shipping anywhere in the world. No matter where you are, your custom toy will get to you fast and safely!
How can I track my order?
We use trackable shipping services. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking code and details of the shipping service provider, allowing you to follow your order’s journey.
